In corporate news, AutoZone's ( AZO ) fiscal Q4 results fell short of market estimates, despite the company recording sequential improvements in its domestic do-it-yourself and commercial sales. Its shares were down 0.5%.

Albertsons ( ACI ) workers in California, represented by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 952, ratified a new five-year agreement that boosts wages and benefits, the union said. Albertsons ( ACI ) shares were down 1%.

Stellantis ( STLA ) will halt production temporarily at plants in France and Italy due to tepid demand for the Alfa Romeo Tonale sport utility vehicle and other models, according to media reports. Stellantis ( STLA ) shares were up 1.6%.
