Home Depot's ( HD ) SRS Distribution unit agreed to buy GMS (GMS) for $4.3 billion, the companies said, less than two weeks after QXO (QXO) announced its offer for the building products distributor. Home Depot ( HD ) shares fell 0.5%, GMS jumped 12%, and QXO rose 3.6%.
