In corporate news, American Airlines ( AAL ) saw more than 830 flights delayed Wednesday as workers sought to address a technical problem impacting maintenance operations, Bloomberg reported. American Airlines ( AAL ) shares were down 1.6%.
Paramount Skydance ( PSKY ) has yet to formally approach Warner Bros. Discovery ( WBD ) with a buyout bid, as it is figuring out the best way to approach the latter's chief executive who might be eyeing multiple suitors for the company, New York Post's On the Money reported. Paramount Skydance ( PSKY ) shares were falling 2.6%, and Warner rose 1.2%.
Thor Industries ( THO ) reported an annual increase in its fiscal Q4 earnings with revenue topping market estimates. Its shares jumped past 6%.
Cintas ( CTAS ) raised its full-year outlook as the uniform supplier reported fiscal Q1 results above Wall Street's expectations. Cintas ( CTAS ) shares were fractionally lower.
