The United States Oil Fund (USO) was 1.1% lower, and the United States Natural Gas Fund (UNG) was down 0.1%.
Front-month US West Texas Intermediate crude oil was down 1% at $77.85 per barrel at the New York Mercantile Exchange. Global benchmark Brent lost 1.1% to $82.00 per barrel, and natural-gas futures were down 0.4% at $2.66 per 1 million BTU.
Dorian LPG ( LPG ) declined more than 2% after it reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings of $1.91 per diluted share, down from $1.94 a year earlier.
