The United States Oil Fund (USO) was 1.1% higher and the United States Natural Gas Fund (UNG) was up 15%.
Front-month US West Texas Intermediate crude oil was up 0.5% at $70.96 per barrel at the New York Mercantile Exchange. Global benchmark North Sea Brent crude oil added 0.3% to $74.36 per barrel, and natural gas futures were up 17% at $3.94 per 1 million British Thermal Units.
Nano Nuclear Energy ( NNE ) reported a fiscal 2024 net loss Monday of $0.39 per share, widening from a loss of $0.28 a year earlier. The company's shares lost 3.9%.
