09:07 AM EDT, 05/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Energy stocks fell premarket Thursday with the Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLE) declining by 0.5% recently.
The United States Oil Fund (USO) was down 1.2% and the United States Natural Gas Fund (UNG) was 1.8% lower.
Front-month US West Texas Intermediate crude oil was down 1.6% at $60.60 per barrel at the New York Mercantile Exchange. Global benchmark North Sea Brent crude oil lost 1.6% to $63.86 per barrel. Natural gas futures were 1.4% lower at $3.678 per 1 million British Thermal Units.
Dorian LPG ( LPG ) shares fell nearly 5% after the company reported lower fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings and revenue.
