09:16 AM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Energy stocks were edging higher premarket Tuesday with the Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLE) up 0.3% recently.
The United States Oil Fund (USO) was up 0.9% and the United States Natural Gas Fund (UNG) was 2% lower.
Front-month US West Texas Intermediate crude oil was up 1.1% at $65.84 per barrel at the New York Mercantile Exchange. Global benchmark North Sea Brent crude oil gained 0.8% to $67.30 per barrel, and natural gas futures were 2% lower at $3.39 per 1 million British Thermal Units.
Innovex International ( INVX ) shares were 0.1% higher after the company said it has completed the divestment of its Subsea Tree product line to Trendsetter Engineering through an all-cash transaction.
