09:15 AM EDT, 10/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Energy stocks were mixed premarket Wednesday, with the Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLE) 0.2% higher.
The United States Oil Fund (USO) was up 0.2% and the United States Natural Gas Fund (UNG) was 1.8% lower.
Front-month US West Texas Intermediate crude oil was down 0.1% at $60.10 per barrel at the New York Mercantile Exchange. Global benchmark North Sea Brent crude oil gained 0.03% to $63.83 per barrel. Natural gas futures were down 3.7% at $3.222 per 1 million British Thermal Units.
ProPetro Holding ( PUMP ) stock was up nearly 24% after the company reported a narrower Q3 loss.
