The Philadelphia Housing Index advanced 0.6%, and the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLRE) decreased 0.6%.

Bitcoin (BTC-USD) gained 2.5% to $73,235, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries rose 3,7 basis points to 4.192%.
