The Philadelphia Housing Index was climbing 1.3% and the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLRE) was shedding 0.3%.

Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was declining over 1% to $63,378, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries was down 1 basis point to 4.49%.

In corporate news, Robinhood's (HOOD) crypto business has received a Wells Notice from the US Securities and Exchange Commission about a likely enforcement action, the company said Monday. Robinhood shares were 0.3% lower.
