The Philadelphia Housing Index rose 0.4%, and the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLRE) climbed 1.2%.

Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was increasing 0.5% to $63,488, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries fell 5 basis points to 4.44%.

In corporate news, UBS (UBS) reported Q1 earnings Tuesday of $0.52 per diluted share, up from $0.32 a year earlier. Revenue for the quarter was $12.74 billion, up from $8.74 billion a year earlier. Its shares jumped 6.5% in recent trading.
