The Philadelphia Housing Index and the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLRE) both added 0.2%.
Bitcoin (BTC-USD) climbed 1.1% to $61,491, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries shed 3 basis points to 4.29%.
In economic news, new orders for US durable goods rose 0.1% in May, following a 0.2% gain the previous month, versus expectations for a 0.5% decrease in a survey compiled by Bloomberg.
US gross domestic product was revised higher to a 1.4% increase in Q1 from a 1.3% gain in the previous estimate, in line with a 1.4% increase expected in a survey compiled by Bloomberg. GDP rose 3.4% in Q4.
In regulatory news, the US Securities and Exchange Commission may approve spot ether (ETH) exchange-traded funds as soon as next Thursday, Reuters reported. Eight asset managers, including BlackRock (BLK), VanEck, Franklin Templeton (BEN) and Grayscale, are seeking SEC approval for the ether ETFs.
Separately, a defendant facing fraud charges has the right to be tried by a jury before a neutral adjudicator as opposed to being compelled by the Securities and Exchange Commission to defend themselves before one of its administrative law judges, the US Supreme Court ruled. The 6-3 ruling involved a lawsuit filed by hedge fund founder George Jarkesy challenging the SEC's in-house adjudication of securities fraud allegations against him.
