The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was 1.3% higher and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was down 1.3%.

Horace Mann Educators ( HMN ) shares fell past 4% after saying it now expects 2024 core earnings to be between $2.40 and $2.70 per share, compared with the prior guidance of $3 to $3.30.
