The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was down 0.6% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was 0.4% higher.

CPI Card Group ( PMTS ) shares were down nearly 21% after the company overnight said that a registered underwritten public offering by certain selling shareholders of 1.2 million common shares was priced at $21 apiece for expected gross proceeds of $25.2 million.
