The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was 0.2% lower and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was unchanged.

Rithm Capital ( RITM ) shares were down 3.9% in recent Wednesday premarket activity after the company said overnight it priced a public offering of 30 million common shares for gross proceeds of about $342.9 million.
