The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was down 0.3% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was 0.4% higher.

KKR (KKR) investment vehicle Phoenix Investments completed an initial investment of 2.52 billion Philippine pesos ($44.3 million) into the education arm of Phinma Corp, the Filipino conglomerate said in a regulatory filing. KKR shares were down 0.3% pre-bell.
