08:54 AM EDT, 10/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Financial stocks were steady pre-bell Wednesday as the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLF) was inactive recently.

The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was down 0.1% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was slightly higher.

Saratoga Investment ( SAR ) shares was up over 9% the company reported an increase in net investment income and revenue for fiscal Q2.
