The Philadelphia Housing Index dropped 0.2%, and the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLRE) eased 0.1%.

Bitcoin (BTC-USD) fell 3% to $98,071, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries rose 3.8 basis points to 4.189%.

In corporate news, Arthur J. Gallagher ( AJG ) agreed to buy insurance brokerage AssuredPartners for $13.45 billion in cash to expand the retail middle-market property and casualty focus across the US. Arthur J. Gallagher ( AJG ) shares dropped 0.5%.
