The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was up 1.2% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was 1.2% lower.

Bread Financial Holdings ( BFH ) shares were up 1% after the company reported a November delinquency rate of 6.2%, down from 6.5% a year earlier.
