08:58 AM EST, 02/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Financial stocks were edging higher pre-bell Wednesday as the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLF) was up 0.1%.

The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was up 0.2% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was 0.2% lower.

Lemonade (LMND) shares declined by over 13% after the company issued Q1 and 2025 revenue outlook below analysts' expectations.
