The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was down 1.8% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was 2.1% higher.

TPG (TPG) shares were down more than 2% after the company said a secondary public offering of 21 million of its class A shares was priced at $47.25 per share.
