09:03 AM EDT, 05/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Financial stocks were advancing pre-bell Tuesday as the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLF) rose by 1.2% recently.

The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was up 3.5% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was 3.3% lower.

BlackRock ( BLK ) and Jio Financial Services' joint venture has received the Securities and Exchange Board of India's approval to start its mutual fund business operations in the country, Jio Financial said. Shares of BlackRock ( BLK ) were up more than 1% premarket.
