The Philadelphia Housing Index was adding 0.8%, and the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLRE) was up 0.1%.
Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was declining 1.8% to $102,898, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries was dropping 3 basis points to 4.37%.
President Donald Trump will decide on a potential military action against Iran within the next two weeks, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt was cited in news reports Thursday, when the markets were closed for the Juneteenth public holiday.
