Banco Santander (SAN) and Barclays ( BCS ) are the final bidders for Banco Sabadell's UK unit TSB, Bloomberg reported, citing unnamed people familiar with the matter. Banco Santander shares were up around 2% and shares of Barclays ( BCS ) were up more than 2% premarket.
