The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was 1.8% lower and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was up 2.1%.

Civista Bancshares ( CIVB ) shares were nearly 13% lower after the company priced an underwritten public offering of about 3.3 million common shares at $21.25 per share for gross proceeds of about $70 million.
