The Philadelphia Housing Index was fractionally higher, while the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLRE) was easing 0.1%.
Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was declining 2.3% to $116,343, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries was decreasing 2 basis points to 4.39%.
In economic news, President Donald Trump has reportedly said there are even odds the US will enter a trade deal with the EU. Speaking to reporters before leaving the White House for a trip to Scotland, Trump said, "I would say that we have a 50/50 chance, maybe less than that, but a 50/50 chance of making a deal with the EU."
In economic news, new orders for US durable goods fell by 9.3% in June following a gain of almost 17% in the previous month, compared with expectations for a 10.7% decrease in a survey compiled by Bloomberg.
