The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was 0.9% higher and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was down 0.9%.

Western Union ( WU ) has agreed to acquire International Money Express ( IMXI ) , or Intermex, in an all-cash deal worth about $500 million, the companies said. Shares of International Money Express ( IMXI ) were up more than 63% premarket.
