The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was 0.2% lower and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was up 0.1%.

Barclays ( BCS ) said its subsidiary, Barclays Principal Investments, agreed to sell its stake in the Entercard Group joint venture to partner Swedbank for 2.6 billion Swedish kronor ($274.6 million). Shares of Barclays ( BCS ) were down nearly 4% pre-bell.
