The Philadelphia Housing Index was climbing 1.8%, and the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLRE) was up 0.7%.

Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was declining 1.6% to $112,821, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries was shedding 1.9 basis points to 4.03%.

In corporate news, Wells Fargo ( WFC ) shares jumped 7.3% after it reported a stronger-than-expected gain in Q3 revenue and earnings.
