The Philadelphia Housing Index was little changed, and the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLRE) added 0.6%.

Bitcoin (BTC-USD) fell 3.3% to $107,083, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries rose 3.5 basis points to 4.09%.

In corporate news, BlackRock ( BLK ) is among a group of lenders that filed a lawsuit seeking to recover over $500 million from Bankim Brahmbhatt, owner of two telecom services companies, over alleged fraud, the Wall Street Journal reported. BlackRock ( BLK ) shares rose 0.3%.
