The Philadelphia Housing Index was shedding 0.5%, and the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLRE) rose 0.4%.

Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was increasing 1.1% to $102,713, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries was decreasing 2 basis points to 4.07%.

In corporate news, TPG (TPG) has made a binding offer of about 1 billion euros ($1.15 billion) for Nexi's digital banking unit, Bloomberg reported. TPG shares were 0.1% higher.
