The Philadelphia Housing Index was fractionally higher, and the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLRE) was shedding 0.2%.

Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was increasing 1% to $105,803, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries was rising 2 basis points to 4.11%.

In corporate news, TPG (TPG) shares rose 1% after Bloomberg reported the company is closing in on a deal to buy infrastructure services company Pike. The deal would value Pike at over $5 billion, including debt, the report said.
