The Philadelphia Housing Index was climbing 1.2%, and the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLRE) was adding 1.1%.

Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was declining 2.5% to $103,316, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries was rising 1 basis point to 4.12%.

In corporate news, Goldman Sachs ( GS ) is set to collect a $110 million advisory fee for working on Electronic Arts' (EA) $55 billion take-private deal, the largest in the bank's history, the Financial Times reported. Goldman shares rose 1.3%.
