The Philadelphia Housing Index was shedding 0.2%, and the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLRE) was down 0.7%.
Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was falling 4% to $89,193, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries was rising 1 basis point to 4.13%.
In corporate news, B. Riley Financial ( RILY ) said Wednesday it received a Nasdaq panel decision allowing the company to maintain its listing while it clears overdue quarterly filings. The company must file its Form 10-Q for Jun. 30 by Dec. 23 and for Sept. 30 by Jan. 20. B. Riley shares dropped 14%.
