The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was up 0.9% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was 0.8% lower.

BBVA (BBVA) Chief Executive Onur Genc said the company does not plan any M&A operations in Italy, Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor reported, citing comments on the sidelines of a press meeting in Milan. BBVA shares were up more than 1% pre-bell.
