The Philadelphia Housing Index was down 0.9%, and the State Street Real Estate Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLRE) was fractionally higher.

Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was falling 3% to $66,706, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries was rising 2 basis points to 4.17%.

In corporate news, Robinhood (HOOD) shares fell 12% after it reported a decline in Q4 net income while sales missed market expectations.
