01:00 PM EST, 02/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Financial stocks were mixed in Friday afternoon trading, with the NYSE Financial Index fractionally higher and the State Street Financial Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLF) fractionally lower.

The Philadelphia Housing Index was slightly higher, and the State Street Real Estate Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLRE) was up 0.4%.

Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was increasing 2% to $67,596, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries was rising 1.9 basis points to 4.09%.

In corporate news, Blue Owl Capital (OWL) said Thursday it sold $1.4 billion of loan assets in three of its private debt funds and was barring investors in one of the funds, Blue Owl Capital Corp II, from redeeming their investments in quarterly intervals. Blue Owl shares were down 2.6%.
