The Philadelphia Housing Index was adding 1.1%, and the State Street Real Estate Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLRE) gained 1%.

Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was increasing 1.9% to $74,168, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries dropped 6.5 basis points to 4.22%.

In corporate news, OneMain ( OMF ) is being sued by New York Attorney General Letitia James and a bipartisan coalition of 12 other state attorneys general for allegedly misleading customers and trapping them in debt, according to a statement from James' office. OneMain ( OMF ) shares were down 4.5%.
