The Philadelphia Housing Index shed 0.4%, and the State Street Real Estate Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLRE) rose 0.2%.

Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was increasing 0.5% to $66,277, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries dropped 9.8 basis points to 4.34%.

In corporate news, Apollo Global Management ( APO ) is closing in on a deal to buy Atlantic Aviation from KKR (KKR) in a deal that would value the company at nearly $10 billion, Bloomberg reported. Apollo shares added 0.8%, and KKR gained 1.9%.
