09:01 AM EDT, 04/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Financial stocks were edging higher premarket Monday, with the State Street Financial Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLF) advancing by 0.1%.

The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was 0.3% higher and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was up 0.1%.

Miami International ( MIAX ) said its MIAX Exchange Group saw average daily options trading rise 29.4% year-over-year to 10.7 million contracts in March. Miami International ( MIAX ) shares were down more than 2% pre-bell.
