The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was up 2.1% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was 2% lower.

Payoneer Global ( PAYO ) and Nuvei said they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Nuvei will acquire Payoneer for $7.40 per share in cash, representing a total deal equity value of about $2.75 billion. Shares of Payoneer Global ( PAYO ) were up more than 4% premarket.
