The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was up 0.1% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was 0.2% lower.

Brookfield Asset Management ( BAM ) and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board agreed to acquire LXP Industrial Trust ( LXP/PC ) in an all-cash transaction valued at around $5.2 billion, including net debt and preferred equity, LXP said. Shares of Brookfield Asset Management ( BAM ) were down 0.4% premarket.
