The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares ( FAS ) was up 0.4% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares ( FAZ ) was 0.4% lower.

Equity Bancshares ( EQBK ) shares fell by over 4% after the company priced a public offering of 1.8 million shares at $44.50 per share, for a total of $80 million.

BlackRock ( BLK ) shares were up 1% after the company said it has entered a definitive agreement to fully acquire credit investment manager HPS Investment Partners for about $12 billion in company equity.

MARA (MARA) shares were down more than 4% after the company priced an offering of $850 million of 0.00% convertible senior notes due 2031 to qualified institutional buyers.
