The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares ( FAS ) was up 1% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares ( FAZ ) was 1% lower.

Paysafe ( PSFE ) shares were more than 12% lower after the company reported a decline in Q3 adjusted net income.

Fidelis Insurance Holdings ( FIHL ) stock was up nearly 7% after the company reported higher Q3 operating earnings and revenue.

The US is looking into Russian clients that UBS (UBS) acquired through its Credit Suisse acquisition, Reuters reported, citing three people familiar with the matter. UBS shares were 0.9% lower pre-bell.
