The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was down 1.5% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was 1.9% higher.

BCB Bancorp ( BCBP ) has appointed veteran banking executive Thomas O'Brien as president and chief executive officer, effective immediately, the company said. BCB Bancorp ( BCBP ) shares were nearly 1% higher premarket.
