The Philadelphia Housing Index climbed 1.5%, and the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLRE) advanced 0.9%.
Bitcoin (BTC-USD) fell 2.4% to $92,171, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries rose 2.4 basis points to 4.793%.
In corporate news, Blue Owl Capital (OBDC) is leading a $4 billion private credit deal for closely held PCI Pharma Services, Bloomberg reported. Blue Owl Capital shares climbed 1.9%.
