The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares ( FAS ) was marginally higher and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares ( FAZ ) was unchanged.

Banco Santander (SAN) shares were down more than 2% after Santander Bank said it has agreed to sell seven branches in the Allentown, Pennsylvania, area to Community Financial System ( CBU ) unit Community Bank.

FinVolution Group ( FINV ) stock was 1.4% higher after the company said it completed a $150 million offering of convertible senior notes due 2030, including full exercise of a $20 million overallotment option.

DigitalBridge ( DBRG/PJ ) and ArcLight will invest a total of $500 million in Takanock, according to a statement from Takanock. DigitalBridge ( DBRG/PJ ) shares were up 0.5% pre-bell.
