In corporate news, Liquidia ( LQDA ) shares jumped 12% after the US Supreme Court denied a request by United Therapeutics ( UTHR ) for a review of previous rulings over a patent infringement dispute between the two companies. United Therapeutics ( UTHR ) shares fell 1.1%.
