The iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) rose 0.7%.

In corporate news, CareDx ( CDNA ) shares rose 0.6% after the company said Tuesday that the US Department of Justice concluded its investigation in a qui tam action filed by a former employee of the firm and found no "wrongdoing."
