08:53 AM EST, 12/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Health care stocks were flat to higher premarket Friday, with the iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) unchanged and The Health Care Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLV) up 0.2%.

Veeva Systems ( VEEV ) shares were up over 7% after the company reported higher fiscal Q3 financial results and lifted its fiscal 2025 guidance.

Sebi in its investigation, found that MPS had issued GDRs amounting to Rs 39.45 crore and the entire GDR proceeds were subscribed by one entity -- Clifford Capital Partners A.G.S.A. It was observed that the subscription amount was paid by Clifford through a loan from Lisbon-based Banco Efisa S.A Bank.
